Principaux changements
Integration of the Attimo Studio and Vintage Photo Restoration modules.
Three sub-processors added: Nero AG (Germany, automated image processing), Cognix Systems (France, managed server hosting) and Mondial Relay (France, shipping). Correction of the email delivery provider, now hosted on OVH infrastructure.
New table detailing retention periods for each category of data (Article 3.4).
New Article 7.4 governing the transmission of images to the restoration provider: processing in Germany, deletion within eight hours, no use for model training.
New Article 7.5 documenting the transit of payment notifications where the photographer connects their Stripe account to the Platform.
Clarification of the scope of the watermark, which does not apply to Studio reveal sessions.
