Principaux changements
Retention periods aligned with those set out in the Data Processing Agreement: technical logs reduced from twelve to six months, in line with the CNIL recommendation.
Three sub-processors added: Cognix Systems (managed server hosting), Nero AG (automated image processing) and Mondial Relay (shipping). Correction of the email delivery provider.
Addition of the data categories relating to the Studio and Restoration modules: electronic signature on the order form, vintage photographs entrusted to automated processing.
Clarification of the regime applicable to gallery access logs: irreversible anonymisation at six months, deletion at twenty-four months.
A third category of data subjects taken into account: persons submitting a request to technical support.
Article 9 extended to cover the Restoration module's generative processing, which is systematically subject to human validation.
Security measures described in Article 5 brought up to date.
