New Article 15 covering the Attimo Studio module: connected sessions and shared links, legal weight of the electronic signature, distinction between order form and invoice, obligations relating to the playing of musical content, retention of sessions.

New Article 16 covering the Vintage Photo Restoration module: generative nature of the processing, how Credits work, automatic refund on technical failure, no refund where the result is discarded, warranty of rights over the images submitted.

New Article 17 on availability, maintenance and support.

New Article 11.4 detailing the lifespan of content during the subscription: galleries, Studio sessions, restoration files, transfers.

Clarification of the User's obligations as to the rights held over all uploaded content, including music.

Extension of Article 7 to the ownership of system libraries, and Attimo's undertaking not to exploit the User's content.

Additional grounds of exclusion of liability in Article 10.
